Things are getting even more convenient at mailmyprescriptions.com! Here are the new ways you can order your refills through mailmyprescriptions.com pharmacy services:
Auto-Refill Program: If you enroll, we will estimate when you have 10% of your medication supply left, and automatically refill your prescription, bill your credit card (or HSA/FSA) on file and ship to the address your most recent order shipped to. You will receive a credit card receipt by email and another email with the tracking number when the order ships. For most customers, this is about 10-days in advance, which means your refills will have plenty of time to arrive before you run out of medication.
- **Please note that if your prescription does not have refills remaining, the pharmacy will reach out to your physician to obtain a new prescription, which may require addition time to the order process. If you do not have refills remaining on your prescription, please contact the pharmacy when you are down to a 2-week supply.
Shipping Notification: Once we ship your order you will be sent an email to notify you that your order has been shipped. The email will contain the USPS tracking number.
Text Message Refill Reminders and Ordering: If you do not want to enroll in the Auto-Refill Program, you can opt to receive text message notifications from us when your refill is due. The text message will include a link to a new website we are launching that will allow you to enter your prescription refill number to request a refill. If we have refills on file, we will automatically bill your credit card (or HSA/FSA) on file and ship your medications.
Automated Voice Refill Reminders and Ordering: If you’re not into text messaging, and do not want to enroll in the Auto-Refill Program, another option is to receive an automated phone call from us when your refill is due. Our new 24/7/365 self-service system will allow you to enter your Rx # and request a refill, without speaking to a human. If we have refills on file, we will automatically bill your credit card (or HSA/FSA) on file and ship your medications.
These automated and self-service systems were designed to notify our staff in the event of an issue, and if we cannot refill your medication, our staff will reach out to you. As much as we love speaking to our customers, we have also been listening and designed these systems around the feedback we received to make refilling your prescriptions easier. To use these programs, you need to enroll with one of our staff members over the phone or through our support system.
